Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST are dispatched the same day from our head office in Park Ridge, QLD. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We ship Australia-wide and offer international shipping from our Park Ridge, Queensland location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $149.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days within Australia

  • Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days within Australia (where available)
    International delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

We ship all orders via direct freight, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery service.

Remote Destination Surcharge Policy

At LANOTEC, we aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for all customers across Australia.

However, some regional, remote and island locations incur additional freight charges from our transport providers.

When does a surcharge apply?

If your delivery address is located within a designated remote area, an additional Remote Destination Surcharge may apply.

These surcharges are determined by our freight carriers and vary depending on your postcode and location. The surcharge can range from a small additional fee through to higher charges for very remote or island destinations. Our current surcharge schedule is based on our carrier's published remote destination list. CHECK HERE

What happens if my address attracts a surcharge?

If your order qualifies for a remote destination surcharge, we will:

  • Contact you before dispatching your order.
  • Advise you of any additional freight cost.
  • Provide you with the option to:
    • Proceed with the order by paying the additional freight charge, or
    • Cancel your order for a full refund.

We will never charge an additional shipping fee without first obtaining your approval.

Why is this necessary?

Unfortunately, some Australian postcodes attract significantly higher freight charges from our transport partners due to their location or limited delivery services.

Rather than increasing shipping costs for all customers, we only apply these additional charges where they are required by the freight carrier.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays, Damage, or Missing Parcels

If your order is delayed, damaged, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us at hello@lanotec.com.au and we’ll assist you right away.

Shipping Returns

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returned items unless the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
